VACANT HOME STAGING | Mint Green Dreams
It all began with a mint green dream… Built in 2010 and located in North Portland, this 3 bedroom home is meant for family! When our home staging experts began the process of designing the space, we came up with a Modern Farmhouse style that would showcase the home in a new way, while incorporating features such as the bamboo floors and granite countertops.
In this article, we will be breaking down our Home Staging Process, room by room, while including our goals for each space, the elements within the design, and specifically how we configured each space in a chic and functional way!

While collaborating on this living room design, we were determined to showcase the space that would appeal to all potential buyers.
Directly upon walking in, we are invited into a spacious living room area, accompanied by a beautiful brick fireplace and plenty of windows to supplement desired natural lighting. To showcase this room in the best way, we used a medium sized sofa, and a quaint conversation set to display comfort and functionality. What better way to spend evenings and weekends with family!? In addition, accessories such as the natural wood candle sticks and the beige and cream throw pillows added warmth to the living room which really completed the look.
DINING ROOM

In the dining room, staging experts kept it simple with a round dining table and black Windsor Style dining chairs to maximize space and showcase the room to its best potential with no limitations. In addition, accessories such as the greenery centerpiece and floral wall art give the space a fresh and organic feel.
OFFICE

To the left of the living and dining room area, we are presented with a bonus area that could function in various ways. After collaboration, our home stagers decided that showcasing a home office would be the perfect design. Pieces such as the floating desk that faced the living and dining room, as well as the consecutive bookshelves gave this office space practicality, while keeping it simple and chic. Accessories such as the area rug softened the look, while elements such as the tall floor plant and ferns added an organic feel and a pop of color to the design.
KITCHEN

As we walk through the living, dining and office rooms of the home, we approach the spacious kitchen. When our team of professional home stagers began the design process for this room, they knew that showcasing the functionality of the granite countertops was key. In addition, our goal was to brighten up the kitchen through the use of everyday items such as cutting boards, canisters and greenery. In addition, the use of elements such as baskets add in the much needed texture that completes the look.
MASTER BEDROOM

While creating the design for this master bedroom, our stagers decided to use pieces that successfully carry the style throughout the home into this space. Nailed it! The flow of the home achieved our intentional Modern Farmhouse Style, while incorporating the warmth of our color palette. Using pieces such as the tufted headboard, king sized bed, and conversation area created a luxurious and spacious vibe for the room as a whole. Showcasing the size of the room was key to the success of the design!
